It starts the Company's Operations under the name of SEIDLITZ SOFTWARE Cia Ltd., taking on the challenge of providing specialized software development to the Ecuadorian market and especially focused on collaborative solutions based on Lotus Domino and Lotus Notes technology.

The company is qualified as an IBM Business Partner - Collaborative Solutions provider given the expertise of its technicians. Later, in December 2003, based on the projects developed and the recognition of clients, it received the qualification as IBM Business Partner - Silver Category .
